I finally got around to putting in all the data for my three year weight loss journey. Starting at my highest recorded weight of 321 and down to today’s weight which is 180.8. (So close to the 170’s!!!) It is very clear to me that without the surgery, I was not really making any progress. Lose a few pounds, up a few pounds.
Of course, this is actually much better than the earlier years when I lost 50 pounds, gained 75. Lost 75, gained 100. Everything is relative. But hey, why bring my relatives into it?
More later – got to get to my first yoga class today, then the extreme kickboxing class to see how I do!
