My son, the chef

Made it through a day of protein drinks – hurrah! Came home to a nice low carb dinner with the boys. Then my son surprised me with blintzes – which he learned to make in camp today. So I had half of one with some fage 0% yogurt and no sugar added cherry jam with splenda.

Fabulous!
